Questions

Before we talk.

Do I need to travel to buy?

No. The whole process can be completed remotely, with a power of attorney to a local lawyer. Most of our clients choose to come for one visit, and we organise it.

What budget can I start with?

New-build apartments in Romania and Greece start at around €130,000–150,000, and in Limassol at around €180,000. In the first call we match the destination to your budget.

Who manages the apartment after handover?

We connect you with a local management company we have vetted, and guide this stage: furnishing, first letting and ongoing reporting.

Can I get a mortgage?

In some cases, yes: from a local bank or against a property at home. We will go through the options in the call and in the financing guide.

Rendez-vous privé

Let us begin
with a conversation.

Three short questions, and Zeev will get back to you personally with a first direction. No commitment.

Who we are

This site is operated by Lupo Global Investments ("we"). Privacy questions: [email protected] or +972-52-481-3313. This policy follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its amendments, and the GDPR principles for EU visitors.

What we collect

When you fill in a form: name, phone, email, interest, approximate budget, purpose, preferred meeting type, and anything else you choose to share. We also record how you reached the site (e.g. Google, Facebook or direct), the page the enquiry came from, and the site language. Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot get back to you.

Why we use it

To reply, tailor an offer, manage our relationship and guidance, send guides you requested, and improve our service. Marketing emails (market updates, reports, news) are sent only to people who ticked a separate consent box, and every mailing includes an unsubscribe option.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. It is stored and processed by service providers that run our site and systems: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (CRM, EU servers), Web3Forms (forwarding enquiries by email), Google (email, appointment calendar and fonts). Some providers operate outside Israel, in the EU and the US, as permitted by law. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law, or to lawyers and developers in a transaction, only with your consent.

Security and retention

Access is limited to our team, over encrypted connections with permissions. We keep data while needed for the business relationship or as required by law, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, at [email protected] or on the unsubscribe page. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. We store basic data in your browser: language choice, accessibility settings, project favourites, and your cookie-notice choice (essential). We keep how you reached the site (for marketing analysis) over time only if you accept it in the cookie notice. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, code libraries from jsDelivr, images from Unsplash and exchange rates from Frankfurter, so your IP address is sent to them to display the content. You can change your choice any time in cookie settings.

Minors

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
